By accessing or using SolveWithTools (the "Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

About the tools

SolveWithTools provides a collection of online utilities for common everyday tasks. Most tools are free to use; a smaller number of advanced tools are part of SolveWithTools Pro, a paid subscription that unlocks higher usage limits, larger files and batch processing. Wherever possible, tools process your input entirely in your browser — your files are not uploaded to our servers.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the tools for any unlawful purpose or to process content you do not have the right to use.
• Attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or overload the Site or its underlying infrastructure.
• Resell, repackage, or redistribute access to the tools as a service without permission.
• Use the Site in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Tool disclaimers

The tools are provided as-is, for your convenience. Because processing happens in your browser, results depend on your device, browser and input. We do not guarantee that every tool will succeed for every file, that output will be error-free, or that no data will be lost. Always keep a copy of your original files, and verify important output before relying on it. We are not responsible for any loss or corruption of data arising from the use of the tools.

Pro subscription and billing

SolveWithTools Pro is a paid subscription billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly, depending on the plan you choose). Payment is processed by our payment provider at the time of purchase and on each renewal date until you cancel. You can cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals but does not automatically refund the current period. See our Refund Policy for refund terms.

Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us promptly.

Intellectual property

The Site, its design, branding and original content are owned by SolveWithTools and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Output you create with the tools belongs to you, to the extent you hold the rights in the underlying input.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SolveWithTools and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Site or its tools. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the three months preceding the claim, or, if you have not paid anything, to zero.

Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites or use third-party libraries. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices, and your use of them is at your own risk.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
