Cookie Policy

Overview
SolveWithTools uses cookies and similar browser storage technologies to keep the site working, to understand aggregate usage, and to remember your choices. This policy explains what we use and how you can control it. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data more broadly.
What are cookies
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser technologies that hold slightly larger amounts of data. Together, these let a site remember things between page loads and visits.
What we use
- Essential storage. Used to keep the site working — for example, remembering your consent choice shown in the banner. These cannot be turned off without breaking parts of the site.
- Analytics. We use the platform's built-in analytics to understand aggregate usage, such as which tools are opened. This is statistical data used to improve the site, not personal data tied to your identity.
- Authentication. If you sign in (for example, for a Pro subscription), a session token is stored so you stay logged in across pages.
The consent banner
When you first visit, a banner asks you to accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your choice is stored so the banner does not appear again. Rejecting non-essential cookies does not affect the tools themselves — they still run in your browser.
Browser-side processing
The tools themselves process your input entirely in your browser. The files and text you enter are not uploaded to our servers and are not stored in cookies. When you leave or refresh a tool page, that input is gone.
How to control cookies
You can manage cookies and browser storage at any time:
- Use the consent banner to accept or reject non-essential cookies.
- Clear cookies and site data from your browser settings.
- Browse in private/incognito mode, which discards storage when you close the window.
- Set your browser to block third-party cookies or all cookies (this may affect sign-in).
Third-party services
Our payment provider and analytics may set their own cookies when you use their features. These are governed by those providers' own policies, which we encourage you to review.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top reflects the most recent update. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
